3. Eligibility and Business Purpose
The Services are available only to businesses and their authorized representatives. By submitting a request, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business named in the application, and that any funding sought is for business or commercial purposes — not for personal, family, or household use.
Products offered through our Funding Partners are commercial financing products. They are not consumer credit and are not subject to consumer lending regulations.
4. Your Application and Information
You agree that all information and documents you submit are accurate, current, and complete, and that you will promptly correct any information that changes.
By submitting an application, you authorize us to share your information and supporting documents with Funding Partners in our network for the purpose of evaluating your request, and you authorize those partners to conduct credit inquiries and verification checks in accordance with their own policies.
5. Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and our funding specialists about your request — by phone, email, and text message, including messages sent using automated technology. 6. Fees
